As a student, everyone works hard to get good grades. At times, students choose to study at late night to complete their grades, which might be fine occasionally. But numerous academics advice that it is not good to study at late nights.
There are even cases when students end up performing poorly on the subject for which they chose to study the whole night. The students who choose to study throughout the night, also end up having various problems the next day. Headaches, body pain, mood swings, feeling sleepy – these are some of the common problems faced.
Nights are always meant to sleep. This is a solid reason why one should avoid studying in the wee hours. When you stay are awake the whole night, a few of the body functions come to a halt. Even though you might be awake for your studies, at times you might be half asleep. In short, you will be feeling sleepy the whole time. So, whenever you study, study during the daytime and sleep by at most 11 pm. You will feel more energetic while studying when you sleep properly the previous night.
